    I am testing the zero out process which is currently done with Access and Add-ins.  I ran LP131 in Report only mode. Ran another in Update mode for one specific plan and one specific group for all balance types.  The update went into Waiting and when I examine the log it says, "Parameter Error:  Finish Running LP131." 

    I cannot find any documentation on LP131 but know after I run it in update I should run Absence Plan Close - LP197.  I tried running that and I receive the same error - to finish running LP131 but specifies one process level

    Can anyone help me with this as I would like to further my testing.

      Hi Sandy - Go to LP00 and you will see asterisks at one or more process levels - maybe just the process level you mentioned. Enter a 'D' in the FC field next to any process level with an asterisk, click change and you should be good to go. We used LP131 for the first time in December and ran into this in our testing as well. Good luck!

        Thank you Ellen! I did check LP00 and it was clean - no asterisks. I ran it this morning and LP131 went into recovery again. My programmers are checking the Knowledge Base for a patch as he believes there is a bug in the program. I will keep you updated.
