Hi,
I have searched and searched for additional documentation on LP31 dates. The user guide does not go into detail and the field help is not helping. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
Thank you!

Hi Sandy, did you find out more details about the fields on LP31? I am trying to run retroactive accruals but it's not being created. The issue is when I run LP140 for retro and blank out the accrual last date, it creates the retroactive accrual. But when I leave the actual accrual date when the employee recieved an accrual, LP140 did not create the acrual for that prior pay period.

I updated the Accrual From date and Accrual Start as well as the Accrual Last (blank) then ran LP140, but I don't see any changes to PTO accruals. Any help is appreciated. thanks.

Michael,
Are you trying to run retro accruals as well? Can you explain what you are trying to do?

I don't blame you for getting lost in the LP settings. That system is a beast! I'm going on 14 years of Lawson experience (5 years as a system administrator) and I still get lost in Absence Management.
My suggestion to anyone struggling with LP setups is to contact Chris Bell at RPI Consultants. I think he knows more about LP than the folks that wrote it. When I finish banging my head against my desk for half a day, I call Chris and he gets everything straightened out instantly, usually right over the phone.
You can find him at
