    Good Morning,

I currently have a handful of employees that were not automatically put into the LP group they need to be in and that caused them to not have a plan assigned to them.  I have rerun the HR155 and these employees are now in the LP Group.  I ran the LP100 in hopes it would recognize them and add the plan to their profile.  It did not.  Is there something else I can/should try before manually adding the plan to the employees affected?

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

How many employee groups do you have?

The LP100 works in a manner similar to the BN100. Since you did not change anything on the employee to have them eligible for the group, nothing would be set up to cause the LP100 to pick them up. The LP101 may work for you if they should all be entered with the same master entry date. Run it in report mode first to make sure you like the results. Otherwise manual entry to the LP31 may be your best option.

Add-ins may work as well if you have a number of employees to enter and you can get the data into a spreadsheet easily.

We have about 10 LP groups and over 100 other groups. I'm asking for security for LP101 in the test environment and will let you know how it turns out. The information would be in spreadsheet form and is easy for me to upload. I'll update soon! Thank you, everyone!!

It looks like I will be doing a manual add for about 80 employees as the report had 38 pages of changes, which is about 1,900 employees. Even if it would have worked just for the 80 employees not all of them have the same Master Entry date and I would have still needed to change about 54 to the correct dates. Thank you, everyone that replied and for your suggestions.
