We have ESS/MSS version 10.0.5 and the Beneficiary module works great. Does anyone have any great ideas on how to get employees to use it?? Other than sending mass emails (that employees ignore), anyone have success getting employees to update their information? Can it be tied to the open enrollment process somehow? Thanks for your ideas....
