Outsource Benefits Module?

Has anyone had experience with outsourcing the BN module in Lawson? (Still run HR, PA, Payroll)... especially in an instance where the module was there and in use, and then discontinued to go with a SaaS vendor?

If you know anyone, or have had experience, please let me know. I know there would be some areas of contention, but would appreciate feedback from anyone who has gone through it.
