Business Case: When selecting the status of "2" in process for a test, we can not have a status as of date that is less than the scheduled date. Rcv msg Status as of date must be >= scheduled date. We can have a status as of date less than scheduled date for every other status type and we need it to function that way. Shouldn't the "in Process" option work the same way, please? We use it to track our tests and for TB we want to know the TB test has been administered(in process) but not read(completed). Employees have until the scheduled date to complete before being given unexpected time off because they are not in compliance and can not work. Thanks.
Proposed Solution: Do not give a hard message that won't allow the effective date be < scheduled date when the status on the PA49 is a 2 "in process" .
