    We have roughly 450 employees that have been terminated and we need to change the effective date, termination date and last day worked.   Some employees have had an additional transaction after termination to change their Expense Account as some stores were franchised.  Is there a way to bring up the termination on PA54 and change the information?

    Example:  Employee was terminated with 8/31/11- this is the effective date, termination date and last day worked.  The change in the Expense Account is 10/03/11.  We need to change the dates in the termination to 9/01/11.  I cannot delete the change I made to the Expense Account either.

    Does anyone have a way for me to do this?
