    Hello,

    We are in the middle of switching a number of employees that are currently getting paid weekly to a bi-weekly payroll. Since this is the first time that we do this, I want to make sure that we don't miss anything as this task was assigned to me on a very short notice (which means that there will not much testing involved). I give you a little background of what we are about to do:

    1. Switch a group of employees from Weekly to Biweekly
    2. We have employees with different status: Part time, Full time, Temps
    3. The employees belong to several process levels but they are all under the same company
    4. Not all of them qualify for the same benefits
    5. They fall under different absence plans

    I would like to know if someone has done this before and can give me an idea (or list) of the things that we need to keep in mind; for example: updating employee groups, updating positions, etc
