    I'm helping do some error corrections and I can't seem to get passed this one.
    PR13 - I'm trying to enter Resident State (Work State is already populated). I get the following error message when I try and 'change':

    State tax fields cannot be changed with tax filter 1 or 2.

    Thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

    It wants you to change the employee's home/supplemental address (whichever is used by BSI tax factory). That will update the PR13 resident state.

    I'm getting this same error when trying to update a Resident School District, even though the Tax Filter field is blank. Is there somewhere else this would need to be updated for a person, other than the HR11?  Payroll is in the midst of processing.  Could that be why this is popping-up?
