Hi, does anyone have this issue? If an employee has hours only paycode (ie. Leave no Pay 80 hours for biweekly) the PR139 doesn't create arrears for pre-tax deductions. It creates for post tax deductions. The hours only paycode is in the appropriate payclasses which these pre tax deductions calculate from. The arrears setting in PR05 is set to A (create arrears). If you don't have this problem, how are the setups for the deduction, paycode and ded/pay classes? Thanks.

Have you opened a ticket because this sounds familiar? I keep thinking that there was a known issue that was patched??? Might be worth contacting support.

Sounds like you definitely need to open a ticket - although our set up is slightly different than yours - our pre-tax deductions aren't tied to specific pay classes - arrears for pre-tax deducitons are created as we expect every payroll.  Good luck!
