We are using version 8.03 and are having problems in testing with the PR140 detail not balancing to the process level total or to the company total. It looks like the hours are doubling on the process level total page and then tripling on the company total page. It only seems to be happening on one of our process levels and consistently is out of balance even when we run the payroll for just one employee.
Does anyone have a solution? We have several user exits for pay codes and deductions and have tried removing them but still with the same result. Lawson has suggested that we install CTP 46107 but there is nothing specific to this issue plus there are so many other forms that are touched by the CTP, we want to try something else first. Thanks.

Sounds like you need this one:
CTP 35215 Exempt paycode hours double trible on PR140 report.
Unfortunately, most CTPs touch lots of programs/forms. Based on what versions of the various programs you have installed, you will know what needs to be tested once you install the CTP and see which programs get updated and need to be re-compiled. You can also install in "preview" mode to get an idea of how extensive your testing needs to be...
