PR287 after the year end CTP's were applied looks a lot different than the PR287 currently in production. Does anyone know why 5a and 5b changed from .104 to .084?
    I'll keep looking.

Doesn't this have to do with the expiration of the "tax holiday" for Social Security?

I think that the tax holiday expiration will take the rate back to .124  - it is .104 in our PROD environment, and we had to apply a CTP to get it to .104 earlier this year.
I found out that the system I was testing on did not have the CTP applied that took it to .104, so that's why it was not calculating correctly. I don't think there's a CTP released yet
for the PR287 to take it back to .124, is there?
