    We are trying to write a rule to secure PR12 to their own employee number for ESS.  This form is set up different than the other forms since the employee number is not part of the header.

    Would anyone be willing to share the syntax of the rule they are using?

      We found the Employee id in the header:

      if(form.EAD_COMPANY == strToNum(user.getCompany()) &&form.EAD_EMPLOYEE == strToNum(user.getEmployeeId()))
         'ALL_ACCESS,'
      else
         'NO_ACCESS,'

        My bad, it is HR12 which shows employee name and employee number.  Did you secure this screen also?

          No, that one doesn't have any ESS implications. We also don't use that normally for HR users so we haven't tried that before.

            Do you even include HR12 in your ESS security classes?

              No, we don't have that included in ESS security.
