Today in the middle of the payroll cycle (Pr140 had been run in report only) all of the timerecords disappeared.
No one in payroll or IS ran PR45 to delete time records. Is there any other way that timerecords could have been
deleted by someone that didn't have table write access? Is there any way to see who else might have accessed PR45?

Since our timerecords disappeared we had to clear out the PR00 and start over. We are running LP and discovered all of our service records were doubled after
the payroll was closed. TAEMPSERV shows that service records were created on the original PR530 time record load and again on the second PR530 timerecord load.
I don't see anything documented regarding the need to purge service records in addition to clearing out PR00 after timerecords have been removed during the payroll cycle.
does anyone have any documented procedures for taking care of this? clean up has been lots of fun (not).
