Tracking Additional Health Costs for w-2

    I am able to pull by deduction group my health costs for box 12dd.  Any suggestions on how to track the costs for those employees that are on LOA and are not getting paid through payroll for a number of pay periods?  We do not have have our deductions going into arrears.

     

    Any ideas would be most helpful

      We load those as deductions through PR82 at year end.
