I have discovered that one of our unions was paying an incorrect deduction amount for their employee only coverage.  I discovered that they were incorrectly made part of an employee benefit group.  I changed the benefit group to exclude this particular union. I ran HR155 to remove them from one benefit group that I believe was causing the issue.  There is another benefit group that is tied to the correct rate tables but I can't seem to get the employees rate to change on BN32.1

    Am I missing a step?

The benefit record will still be associated with the incorrect contribution group unless you stop and start those employees benefits. If there aren't many employees you could manually add a newly effective dated record on the bn32.1. Other options are.......BN103 exporting the records via csv file.... changing some dates on that csv export and importing via BN531 or "tricking" the systetm by adding newly effectve date contribution records wth the same rates and running the BN105.

Before using the BN103/BN531 option, I would recommend looking for information on the KB about those programs. Without knowing your exact set up, I would also recommend you try it in a TEST environment before running in production.

Thank you for the response.  I ended up stopping and restarting the benefit on BN32.1 after removing them from the Benefit Group that was inaccurate and was successful.
