We are having a problem with the Unemployment taxing correctly for each taxable EIN. We have some Taxable and some non profit

    I am creating a new topic to repond to this so it doesn't confuse others.

     

    The question was  We are having a problem with the Unemployment taxing correctly for each taxable EIN. We have some Taxable and some non profit

     

    My answer is Do you have seperate BSI Companies set up for you process levels where necessary?

      Yes we do. We have a BSI company for each Process Level.
      Are you able to get your Unemployment taxing correctly?

        Yes.

        We only have one affiliate that is affected by UC tax.

        I would look at your BSI set up for the companies where you have issues.

          Margie,

          We can get it to work if we we report non as Head process level but once we have the head process level they that is the company that is used in BSI for UC. Do you have one PL as the Head?
