Hello, I am applying year end patch PATCH92333. Could somebody please let me know if this would require downtime or if I have to backup, dump the prtaxlevy? What considerations would I have to take when applying this patch? Thanks in advance for your help!

Run the patch through in preview mode. Then look at the file that got created. $LAWDIR/productline/Admin/preview.log
The ONLY time that applying patches will require a downtime (In my experience) is if there are database changes.
Then you have to stop (at a minimum the Websphere App Server) run your dbreorg, and bring it back up.
Look at the preview log file for a section like 'Database patches -'
If there is something there, it will likely require a minimal downtime.
Our system did not require a downtime to apply that patch... yours may.

Hi Greg, I did a preview and doesn't require any database updates so I didn't schedule down time. I just applied the patches in Prod. Thank you so much for your your help! :)
