    Does anyone have a simple flow to determine when an employee last signed into the Lawosn application (that they would be willing to share as a ample/point of reference)?

    At this time of year, we get inundated with numerous help desk calls that users are unable to log into Lawosn. Often times ,we investigate, find nothing wrong with their profil and leave messages for the user to contact us back. However, they frequently do not respond, thereby leaving us to waste our time chasing them down before we can confirm resolution and close the help desk ticket.

    So I wondered, does anybody out there have a simple IPA flow to validate last login? My thought is that we could possibly maybe just be able to close tickets out by running the flow and confirming the employee has had a successful login since opening the ticket with us and therefore not have to hold the tickets open awaiting responses from end users (that never come).

    Thanks in advance!

    Not process flow;

    I look at the user's bookmarks file(date modified) located in \law\persistdata\lawson\portal\data\users
    to determine if they have successfully logged or not.

    It might be possible to write a process flow to check.
