Does anyone out there authenticate against multiple Active Directory instances with Lawson? Does anyone know if this can be done?

We have an Active Directory instance for corporate users, and an instance for non-corporate users (Remote). Currently we have a process to combine the two AD instances into one Oracle OID instance. And then we authenticate Lawson against Oracle's OID LDAP. The problem with this is that OID is going away in Oracle 11g, so now we'll need to come up with another alternative.

I'm also open to any other alternatives that people may have.

    Thanks,

      POSTED TO ANOTHER THREAD:-

The bind process for mutlilel domains is a three step process.

You bind to the primary server, you make changes to the schema to rutn the bind servers into a multi-valued attribute, anf then you export , edit and reload the services using ssoconfig to add as many "non-primary" AD Servers as you wish.

it is sufficiently complex that lawson do not (and will not) release the documntation outside of their internal consultants, hence my earlier recommendation.

if you want ti done right, and to work first time, get Lawson to do it for you.
