Can not view other user report in PDF format in print manager

    We are on LSF 9.0.0.4, AIX Oracle platform. After applying env pt. 176260, when users view another users report in portal, the pdf is blank and no errors. They can view the report in text fine. They can view there own reports in pdf fine. I just wonder whether people here in the community experience same problem and what is the workaround for it if there is any?

      This is a know issue with Env 9.04. Laswson recommends upgrading to 9.06 of the environment. You can review the release notes on Lawson Support.

        I have run into the same situation. User sometimes can't view her PDF format file, it is blank. When I went to the user's print folder to look at the PDF file, it shows 0 size. I deleted the PDF file in the user's print folder and open it again from the print manager, it will correct the issue. This is how we workaround with this problem. I asked Lawson technical support about this issue, he suggested to upgrade to SP5 or 6. We are currently 9.0.0.4.
