IOS Cache Refresh in Horizontal Scaling

    In version 9, we horizontally scaled for system issues.  The IOS Cache refresh only worked on the instance where the IOS cache was done.  Later, we found a way to specify the instance so that we could ensure all were refreshed.  In 10, is it the same?
