Productline specific logo

    Hi All

    We are  on LSF9.0.0.4, Apps 8.1 MSP5 on Win2003 Server with SQL2005 backend.

    We have multiple productlines (main producline for the organisation) and second productline for all our Joint Venture partners.

    I am looking for a way to have a separate logo on the top left based on the productline the user has signed into. i.e if they log onto the main producline it shows LOGO1, and if they logon (using another id)  to the second product line it shows LOGO2

    Has anyone done anything similar or has suggestions on how it can be done .

     Previously the logo changes have been done by modifying the portalconfig.xml but i cant see a way of putting the productline in that file. This file is common for an installation and does not seem to be specific to the productlines

      It can be done but you will have to modify the delivered portal code. There is an easy way to change to logo for all product lines by simply swap of the image file used, but would need some javascript to change what image to use based on product line.

        Instead of the logo, we have changed the style sheets to be a really obnoxious color scheme. It's relatively simple to do and maintain.

          Where would that javascript go ? Normally if i change the logo i do it in the portalconfig.xml file. Is this where we would need to put the javascript to take care of the product line?
