Hope you can help provide some pointers. I manage a team of 6 Application Support Analysts for the Lawson S3. We currently have implemented the SCM, FIN, HR and TEM Modules. I would like to know what sort of skill set I should have in my team to best support 3000+ end users. Most of the current Analysts I have hold good functional knowledge of the Lawson; however, sometimes I lack resources for someone who can write reports, change configurations, an similar tasks as well as contribute to the overall support. I am trying to built the skill set I want whoever is hired into this position to have and I would like to know what you would consider to be the ideal skill set you would want have to support all modules.
