How to run a report for Portal Role?

    Ok, I am needing a report of all users who have a certain Portal Role assigned on their setup.

     

    I know I can narrow those users down using the filter in the security console, but there is no way to export the huge list. 

     

    I did not see an option in the security reports lawson offers either. Is there any other way??

      In the Lawson Security Administrator you can use the RM User Attribute Report to export a list of users with a certain Portal Role.

      1. Go to Reports and then Report Maintenance
      2. Click New Report
      3. Select RM User Attributes Report; click ok
      4. Name your report
      5. Define your criteria: PortalRole is 'default.xml' (the role you wish to report on); click Add and then Next
      6. Check the box next to the PortalRole attribute; click Ok. It will return you to the Report Maintenance Screen.
      7. Highlight the report you created and click Run Report
      8. Select the output format and click ok. The status will be 'Processing', you will need to hit the refresh button until the status is Complete.
      9. Highlight the report and click View Report. Select the format and the report will open with your users that have the Portal Role.
