    How can I move users from one server (Production environment) to another server (Development environment) ?

      If you have process flow integrator, you can use the resource query to dump users from one environment into the load users format and load them into the other environment with loadusers -f command.

        If you don't have Process Flow Integrator you can do the same thing if you can dump your LDAP repository (ADAM or Tivoli) by querying the database and creating a script to put it in the appropriate format.
