I have create a Activity Summary report in Crystal which goes against a large amount of data. I am trying to use dynamic cascading parameters in LBI but I am not getting all the data values for the firs parameter (Company).
In Crystal reports, all the data values are displayed; however when the report is published in LBI Reporting Services, not all of the values for the first parameter are being displayed.
We changed the registry setting, MaxRowsetRecords, on the LBI server to be 1,000,000 but we are reluctant to up this any more as we do not know the ramifications.
Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, were you able to resolve this issue and how?
Thanks

The solution is to apply SP3 and SP3.2 to Crystal Reports 2008. We had exactly the same issue and have verified on our test server that these service packs do fix the issue.
