Connecting to a RW report

    I keep receiving an unknown error when trying to connect to a report.  I have verified the path in the query builder matches the path to the report on law\app.

    The error code is ADO Error: 0x80004005

    Native Error: 62 [Database Vendor Code:62]

    Anyone encounter this?

      What platform/version are you running?

      Have you tried running xtra directly in the browser, e.g.
      http:///cgi-lawson/xtra.exe?_USR=&_JOB=&_STEP=1&_FN=.prt&_OPT=INCLUDECRPROPERTIES&_OUT=CR&_CTYPE=text/xml

        Windows / V 9.0
        I'm sorry, I don't know what xtra is/does. I was able to connect to a simple IC report I ran. I did ensure the RW was single format, but I'm thinking there is still somethign within the report that is causing this.

          xtra was for IOS 8. Please see Lawson KB article 556567 which discusses this error and specifies which LSF9 settings and patches are required for RW100 reports.
