Hello - I have a Crystal Report for POINTERFAC with ORIGIN_CD=IC to catch those items that do not add to or create a PO due to having the wrong replenishment vendor (or whatever the reason). It works fine except for 6 items that I cannot find either in PO23 or on a PO100 error report. I just need them to go away & cannot figure out the required action in Lawson. Any ideas? Thanks.

Are you saying that without any filters used these items do not appear in PO23 but they show in your Crystal report?

That is correct. I've tried with no filters, or filtered by ship to location without Origin = IC. Just can't seem to locate the reason these are hitting my report.

That is strange. Maybe some corrupted data? Can you trace the records to a single document number. When IC140 runs it assigns a sequential document number to the batch.

No I can't get to a document number but I ran POINTERFAC wide open just to try to spot something weird & sure enough - all 6 items have a six digit LINE_NBR. Would there be a paint screen to delete those, do you know?

You should open a case with Infor. There may be more tables that should be corrected than just POINTERFAC.
