I am able to burst smart note by process levels through email. I created a list which mapping the pocess levels and users's email addresses. The question I have is if someone has multiple process levels, he will receive multiple emails; each email is for each process level's data. I wonder if there is a way to put all his process levels' data into one email only? Any input will be much appreciated. Thanks!

make sure you have the "Collate content for each recipient " checkbox checked off on Step 3 of your notification. If not then you probably have a set up issue with the way you are bursting.

Matthew, thanks for your response. I have the "Collate content for each recipient " checked. But I don't know if I make my question clear? For example, I have 2 process levels assigned, IT and HR. I have an email list (csv file)mapping process levels with Email addresses. So my email address was listed twice in the csv file because I have 2 process levels. Now, I received 2 emails, one is for all the records with IT process level and one for HR porcess level. I wonder if I can only receive one email which contain IT and HR records together.

its difficult to say without seeing how you built your infoset and notification but it may have something to do with how you set up your bursting or your keys in the infoset. you should only be getting one email if the fields are truly unique.
