    Hi Everyone,

I just upgraded a user from XP to Win7 and now their BI web page is all screwed up. I tried the compatibility view but I get the same screen. I've attched a screen shot. Any ideas?

A couple things come to mind.

Did you install IE 11 after installing Win 7? Win 7 would have an earlier version as installed, IE 9 maybe, unless you specifically install 11.

Also, this might provide a clue... does IE rerender the page when you take the server in and out of compatibility view? When you are on a web site and put it in compatibility view for the first time, the page you are on is rerendered using compatibility settings, and vice versa when you take the server out of the compatibility view list. If that didn't happen, then perhaps the server name is incorrect. Wild a$$ guess.

I don't think I have access to the install doc for 9.0.4 anymore... but my guess is that 9.0.4 doesn't support IE11.

          Hi Mike,

Thanks for the help. After I upgraded to win7 I updated everything including upgrading to IE 11 so IE 9 is a not an option. I added and removed the website from the compatibility view and it does change. The font seems to grow and shrink. I would accept it not being compatible but I do have one user that is able to see it correctly with IE11. Weird.

If you are on a version prior to Infor10, you need an additional setting verified: Go to Compatibility View Settings and verify/validate that the box beside 'Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View' is checked. When you get to Infor10, that box needs to be unchecked.

Hi everyone. I found a solution using Chrome. There is an extension called IETab that emulates an IE session. Running BI through that did the trick. Thanks for your help.
