LBI and device import

    Say, does anyone have any (recent) experience uploading/importing devices to LBI reporting services?  The reason I ask, is that I'm trying to conform my csv file to what we initially uploaded years ago, and it won't import.

    Have the file specs now changed? 

    We are on LBI v 9.0.3.2.116 and originally when the files I have were successfully uploaded we were on maybe v 8.0.1 ??

    Lawson's documentation leaves a little to be desired in this subject.

    Any help would be appreciated,

      This is from 9.0.3.2.102 uploading Email device

      "Email",userid,emailaddress,DeviceType

      You can also find the template in your LBI install directory under FrameworkServices\conf

        Thanks! We have since figured out the format- I believe that we had different device type identifiers between our test instance (where we first imported all the devices at) and production. Since I have made them the same, the import works well.
