LBI Rights setup on rights management on LBI

We are on LBI 9031. When I add a new right on the rights management and click save, suddenly the screen blanks out with all fields cleared. I then have to go to maintain rights, weed through the long list of roles, find out which one I was adding click on it and then add the value. I am adding roughly about 300 roles in order to support reporting from LBP which we just implemented with this new release and I am finding it hard and tedious to go through the whole exercise in addition to adding roles(groups) on the RM administrator, synchronizing the roles in LBI and then creating rights.

FOr eg: if a role is LBI-LBP-SVP-etc, I tried using other characters like underscore or blank besides dashes and I am coming across the same issue.

Has anybody experienced this and if yes what have you have done to avoid this situation. Also are there any issues with the length of a name of a role.
