    We are Lawson 8.03, Oracle.
Recently we applied CTP 45859, and program PA702 - Updates Next Review dates, and Scheduled dates.

However, I have a lot of 01/01/1700 dates showing up in the Next Review, and Last Review date fields. Obviously this impacts the several Joint Commision reports that I have, so I am wondering is ther a way in Crystal that I can get the best sequenced record fromt hat REVIEW table?

Ex: Employee 359323 has 3 records on the table. First one is blank on Next Reviee & Last Review. 2 record has "good" review dates. 3rd record has blank dates also...how in Crystal (v9) can I tell it to grab the 2nd sequenced - or good dates?! I tried placing details in the Group footer of Next Review dates, but lose some folks..? Also, obviously, not everyones 2nd sequenced record is the good record - for some it's the first or third, etc..

I also tried doing MAX value - but that didn't work either...Any IdEAS?!! I AM GOING CRAZY WITH THIS!

Depending on what other tables you're using / joining in the report, you should be able to filter out those records in the record selection (i.e. {FIELD}<>Date(1700,1,1) )
Thanks for using the LawsonGuru.com forums!

Hi John, and thank you for the response.

I actually have no problem now filtering out the 1700 date - it's more that I can not get the most accurate Next review Date to pull, and some Review Codes...

Can you try grouping by employee and using the max function to pull the latest date?

Yes, I have done this off HRHISTORY to pull the most recent status date just as John mentions. Worked like a charm for me and I would think that it's the same concept as REVIEW.
