Processing Limit Error hit

    I'm developing a Crystal Labor Distribution report.  I've published the report in a test area and have scheduled it to run.  The report completes okay, but when I view it, I get the following error
    ------------------
    A processing limit was reached. Error in File Year to Date Labor Distribution for PNI {A4B16443-FCE1-4671-908E-98DA0E269561}.rpt: Max processing time or Max records limit reached
    ------------

    When I scheduled the report, I set it to cache at creation time.  I'm not sure why the report is timing out when I try to view it.

    Any ideas?

      That is a setting on your RAS engine. Stop the RAS service and open the properties from the Crystal Management Console on the server. By default the limit is set at 20,000. Youll need to determine an appropriate level for your server size.
