Report will not pull up

    There is one person who is having an issue pulling up any Crystal reports. The pop-up flashes a URL with the web server and another with the LBI server. I noticed the error logs have:

    The Viewer could not be created because the Device Client type is not supported

    How do you resolve that issue?
