Hello,
A user has accidentally unsubscribed to a scheduled report (by clicking on the Unsubscribe Link). Strangely, we're unable to resubscribe her. Some notes: despite clicking on the link, her name still appears as on the distribution list in the Schedule Options-->Report Users list. Additionally, we've tried removing her name from the list and re-adding it, as well as creating a new schedule. Any thoughts on how to proceed, short of republishing the report or publishing as a new report and creating a new schedule?
Thanks.

David,
Just for clarification, the user is logging in directly to Smart Notifications to perform this action? And what version of SN are you on?

Hello Matthew,
Thanks for writing. We're not using Smart Notification; LBI Reporting Services version is 9.0.2.2.96.
Thanks.

sorry, i missed that. for some reason i saw SN. however still the same question. I assume they have the ability to view the details of a report, are entering via a Report List and youve given them permission to work with the report?
also, if they are added as a report user on the schedule then there should either be a line in the SystemOut.log file of an attempted delivery when the schedule kicks off or an error message. Do you see either of these after the schedule is fired?

Was this ever solved? I have the same issue and remember seeing this post--
I thought I might follow-up on this before I began to spin my wheels :-0
Thanks!

Hi Robby,
Unfortunately, the only successful solution I've found to-date is the "nuclear" option - to publish as a new report, recreate the scheduler and add in all the report users.

David -
Someone said that this would work>>see below<< I tested and it does! :-)
1) Make sure the person who "unsubscribed" themselves has access to "My Reports" on a FS Dashboard tab. [under their ID, of course]
2) In the left navigation bar, select "Unsubscribed Email" This will produce a list of any reports to which the person WAS subscribed but is no longer.
3) Place a check in the box to the left of the report name that they want to re-subscribe to.
4) Click the "Subscribe" button at the top and voila! They're back in business!
