Smart Notes - Scheduler not working

    Smart Note goes out OK when manually triggered and the scheduler is setup correctly.
    But, nothing! Scheduler says it went, Delivered Alert History says it didn't, and Activity says nothing.
    This is a new implementation and there is only one scheduled notification.
    Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out why this is happening (NOT happening!)

    Hi there, have you confirmed that the Infoset contained the data? (I believe the Info set will only return 50 records when you view it). What I've had to do before is make sure the Infoset is actually picking up the right records. I usually put the SQL in SQL Developer and run there when it's a large Infoset. (If someone knows how to see the entire Infoset in Smart Notes I'd love to know). Are all email addresses/User ID there? (whatever the report is triggered to burst on). It could also be how you have your notification set up. For example, is it set to look for new keys, or is it just looking at the entire Info Set? That can drive how you set up your delivery options. If you know that these records were in your Info Set but a Notification is not triggering, it could be how your notification is set up. Just some thoughts.
