Smart Note did not trigger for all records

    Good Morning,

    I have a Smart Note set up to burst to 2 devices as part of testing. The Info Set contained 6 records, thus, 6 email notifications should have been delivered to each device. When I looked this morning, only 3 notificaitons delivered to each device. I was able to rule out one of the records. (The email address that is being used to trigger the Smart Note was blank.) But there are 2 other records in the Info Set that didn't deliver...I see no reason why a Smart Note would not generate; the email addresses were on the info set.


    Has anyone experienced this before and if so, what have you done to fix this?

    You can disregard this question. I found the issue. The employees were set up as new keys and a few of them were actually not new keys, even though they posted to the info set. That's because the SQL captured them based on the criteria that was created. (Employee had HIREACTN2 processed on their record and was in A0 Status).
