My question involves the "sender email address" for a smart note. In our installation, the Smart Notes are being sent with the "sender email address" of a specific employee. I've been asked to change this email address to that of another employee. So I looked in the documentation.

The documentation says to edit the <LBI_HOME>\<SmartNotification_HOME>\conf\DeviceTypes.xml file and change the From attribute to the sender email address to use for the device type.

The problem is, the xml file we are using has the default entries (see below). The employee email address that Smart Notes is using is not in the DeviceTypes.xml.

Sample entry from DeviceTypes.xml:
<device-type name="MS Outlook (html)" driver="com.lawson.lsn.deliveryengine.drivers.EmailDeviceDriver" formatter="com.lawson.lsn.rendering.HtmlFormatter" protocol="smtp" host="yoursmtpserver.com" from="messaging@yoursmtpserver.com"/>

So, where is Smart Notes getting this specific employee's email address from?
