First off, do you have access to the websphere log files? If so, are there any error messages at the time the smartnotifications are sent? I might expect to see a NullPointerException if this is a data issue. I have seen one of two times that this happens: 1. You have blank emails in your email address field where youve assigned email category to the field in the Infoset editor 2. You dont have a registered device for the user that owns the notification, though since this was working previously i doubt this is it Next question, how are you displaying your data in the notifications? are you using [Values] token or have you explicitly piulling data using [cell...] tokens?
