Can No Charge request be created in RQC?

    We have occasions where items may need a repair. When they are setn out, there needs to be a cost entered, even though these items are covered by a warranty. 

    Is there a way to create a No Charge cost in RQC?

      Yes - it's not easy to do - but yes.
