Fax Address and Logo

    Using  iSeries 7.x - PO's that are printed have the new logo and billing address on them but when we auto fax a PO it still has the old logo and billing address.


    The first copy is the PO printed (has the new  logo and billing address).     The second copy was auto faxed (has the  old logo and billing address).  It's the same PO number but the logo  and billing address if different.  Is there any way of getting this updated?

      Are you using the Lawson Fax Integrator? Sounds like you may be.
      If so, you need to modify some information in the setup of that. We have our billing address on the 'Senders' information.
      You may have to also modify the cover page... Look for the 'Fax Cover Page Editor' in Windows.
