Issue involving inventory bulk picking using Mobile Supply Chain handheld.
Process: MSCM handheld is used to scan supplies in par locations which generate pick tickets (ie shipments) which are used to pick supplies from inventory locations. Items in inventory all have IC12 records and assigned bin locations.
After scanning the par, I want to pick what I scanned:
In the MSCM handheld, I open up RAD> Picking>*Select Company and Inventory Location> select the shipment # (in order to pick par scan) and click “pull all”. 0.0 appears in the “pulled” box. This is incorrect. The correct number that should appear in this box is the number that I scanned during my par scanning.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
In addition, the shipment generates a pick ticket which prints from a printer. On the pick ticket, the quantity that was entered from the scan the par location is correct (i.e. the 0.0 is not on the pick ticket, the correct to be picked quantity is).
