Is there a way to eliminate the zeros that display behind the item count on the hand held device?
If the stylus is used, there are no zeros, but our guys prefer to use the directional buttons and this method produces the zeros behind the count.

We're using Motorola MC75 handhelds running MSCM client 9.0.1.2.3 and there are no zeros in the count field. It's just blank whether we use the stylus on the touch screen or the directional keys.

Our field is blank (empty) until we use the directional key to add a count, higher than zero. Zero is just displayed as a single number. 1 and higher are displayed as 1.00000, 2.00000, etc.
I also reached out to our vendor as I looked in the user guide and could find nothing that indicated it may be a setting.
