Hi, does anyone have a nonstock item set up with two different ordering UOM ? I have it set in IC11 with both BX and BG as 'BUY' unit of measures, one set to 1, one set to 2.
When I try to add the item to PO25 one with BX one with BG and the corresponding pricing, I receive error message "UOM MUST MATCH FLAG MUST BE Y FOR ITEMS WITH MULITPLE UOM"
Is it possible to set up one item, with 2 different buy uom and to have pricing pull from PO25 ?
thanks,
Sheri

Sheri -
On PO25, nearly to the bottom, there is a flag: UOMs MUST MATCH. Flip that to yes and hit change. Then you'll be able to have both BG and BX pricing listed in your vendor agreement.

Let me throw this one at you...how about same item, same UOM, different quantity??
SterilMed recently changed its trocar packaging from 1 EA to 3 EA/BX. Our EOM has a quantity of 6 EA/BX. Any ideas on how to deal with that?
Thanks,
Erik

We have separate item numbers built in Lawson to differentiate bettween OEM and reprocessed. For example item 10103 is a Nellcor Oxisensor which we purchase by the CA of 24 and 10103R is the reprocessed oxysensor at 1 EA.
