Process Flow Design Studio Inbasket

    I am not sure if I should post this here or in the proces flow section. I have several flows that route Job Requisitions to different levels of management for approval. The inbasket for these processes is a design studio portal page. These flows have been running for years. We upgraded to 9.0 this past year and I rebuilt the inbasket pages at that time but all seemed to be working fine. Now I am hearing from 2 of my users that whe they open the inbasket item the only information that populates is the company and req number. Nothing else is there for them. When I assign myself the same tasks I can open the inbasket and all the information is there. Has anyone ever seen something like this before?

      I'd first check the details of the flow using Administrator to see if there were any errors. If not that, then check security (especially if you changed security going to V9). When it works for one user and not the other, that is something to suspect.

        Since you see it and they don't I would put my money on security, make sure that have Inquire access to PA42.

          It's security, turn off LS security or LAUA security, login as one of the 2 users to confirm the info will display.

          Then you can turn the security back on and troubleshoot from there.
