It sounds like we did a similar install.
We're trying to print anything and nothing works in Portal. LID continues to print just fine without any issues or errors - well a slight issue caused a minor delay with the jobs in LID getting spooled on the network printers, but that issue was corrected right away.
I'm just left wondering if the install wasn't completed properly. Our Unix Admins have logged the issue with GSC and are currently going back and forth with them.
