Export to Excel and Microsoft from LSO works on my pc for me, but not on a user's pc (even for me).

I've set up so I can export to Excel or Microsoft from Lawson Smart Office, but it doesn't work on all PCs, not even if I log in as me.

But! On the user's PC I was logged onto the PC as the user, and logged into LSO as myself.  I don't know if that would make a difference.

If I log in as the user on my PC the export to Excel works, but not the other way around.  HELP!

I think there's requirement in LSO that you need to have MS Office 2007 or higher to use that functionality.

Do you have the S3 Add-in for Smart Office installed?
