We have two users that get the error 'Lawson Client has encountered a problem and has to close' when they click the print screen icon in LSO. They get the normal windows selection box to select a printer, then get totally thrown out of LSO when they click ok. Any ideas ?

Hi,
No idea. Does the client log show anything? If it is a hard crash -no LSO restart dialog - then it is more complicated and a Microsoft crash dump needs to be created in order to find the cause. Is it in a S3 form? You should report this.

I don't see anything in the log. Yes, from any S3 form you click the printer icon, then ok in the printer seleciton box and LSO gives the error and closes. No print. I started a case with Lawson, but was told that if it's not every user, it must be pc related. Still searching. Is there anything in the LSO administrator that could help ?

It can be pc specific. It sounds like this can be a Microsoft caused issue. Just because it is a fatal crash, no LSO dialog. When the dialog is shown you can use the task manager and create a dump file. It might contain more information for Infor to analyze but it would need to get passed through to the development team for analysis.
What version of LSO are you on? What is the operating system on the client machines?
I would check and compare graphics cards and update drivers.

Still have an issue printing. We are running LSF 9.0.1.7 on an Iseries. LSO is a Windows 2008 server. Client is XP.
We just upgraded LSO to 10.5.1.46. Same problem. I have uninstalled LSO, reinstalled both as administrator and user(who has admin rights). Still bombs. It's got to be the pc since the same use profile on a Windows 7 box works fine.
